Kids Room AtelierPremium Family Spaces
The atelier · Manifesto

We believe something simple.

That a child's space deserves the same rigour as a hotel suite.

Look at most children's rooms: they are full, not designed. Furniture bought in a hurry, colours that shout, decorations that age within a season. No one designed them — they simply happened.

We work the other way around. We start from the space, the light, the proportions. A well-considered room teaches without saying a word: order, calm, beauty. And elegance takes nothing away from play — it gives it a place worthy of it.

We don't furnish rooms. We shape the place where a person becomes who they are.

Brygida, founder and creative direction of Kids Room Atelier
Behind the atelier

I am Brygida.

Architect and interior designer. Florence.

For years I designed interiors where every detail counts: luxury hotels, villas, fine residences in Tuscany. Environments where materials, light and proportions are not chosen — they are calibrated.

Then I noticed a paradox: in the most refined homes, the children's room is almost always the one left to chance. To catalogues, to haste, to "it's only for a few years".

Kids Room Atelier exists to correct that.

Every project begins with the same gesture: reading the space and the person who will live in it. How they sleep, how they play, how they will change in three years. Then we design — so the room lasts, grows with the child, and stays beautiful long after the excitement of day one.

How we work

One direction. A network of specialists.

KRA is not a studio with twenty desks — and that is a choice, not a limitation. Every project is conceived, drawn and signed by a single creative direction, supported by a curated network of artisans and specialists: joineries, render artists, upholsterers, trusted suppliers, engaged as each project requires.

For you it means one thing: the person you talk to is the person who designs. No handovers. No projects delegated to someone who didn't think them.

What guides us

Less noise. More quality.

/ 01

Orderly, but never cold.

/ 02

Functional, but never banal.

/ 03

Imaginative, but never childish.

/ 04

Elegant, but made for real life.

In short

Most children's rooms get filled. Ours get designed.

For families. And for the places that welcome them. The scale changes; the care does not.
